The co-op purchasing process is full of obstacles; sometimes just considering the whole thing can feel impossible. From the first day we started though, James was confident and encouraging and demonstrated a vast knowledge of the market. He walked us though each and every step, first helping us narrow our search with a tailor-made listing page framed around our needs then giving us excellent recommendations on financial institutions, legal representation, inspectors and other requirements to buy that made the process that much more efficient. James was highly organized and checked in constantly; what’s more, he did it all with encouragement and a smile (or a laugh) when we needed it most.
