Fair Housing & Anti-Discrimination

Federal, New York State, and New York City law prohibit discrimination in the sale or rental of housing. Protected characteristics include race, creed, color, national origin, citizenship or immigration status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, military status, sex, age, disability, marital status, status as a victim of domestic violence, lawful source of income, and familial status. Listing & IDX Disclosures

Listing information is provided by the REBNY RLS and is deemed reliable but is not guaranteed accurate. Data is for consumers’ personal, non-commercial use. Property photographs belong to the listing broker or photographer and may not be reproduced without written permission. If your property is currently listed with another broker, this is not a solicitation.

Data Sources & Attribution

Public records on this site come from NYC Open Data — including ACRIS property records, PLUTO/MapPLUTO lot data, and Department of Buildings datasets. Listing information is provided by the REBNY RLS and Compass.

Some pages use public data — including ACRIS, PLUTO/MapPLUTO, and other NYC Open Data sets — and third-party services. That data is provided “as is” without warranty of accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. It is not a substitute for a title search, survey, inspection, appraisal, or legal advice. Verify anything you intend to rely on.

  • Listing information is deemed reliable but is not guaranteed accurate by the MLS. Prices and availability change without notice.
  • Public records may be stale, incomplete, or inaccurate. They are not a substitute for a title search, survey, inspection, appraisal, or legal advice. Verify anything you intend to rely on.
  • Most pages refresh within minutes; some datasets (assessments, neighborhood statistics, tax rates) refresh on a slower schedule.

Calculators & Estimates

Estimates only — this is not tax, legal, financial, or lending advice. Figures are illustrative and depend on facts a calculator cannot see: your rate and terms, credits, exemptions, building rules, and current law. Rates and thresholds change. Confirm every number with your attorney, accountant, or lender before you rely on it or act on it.

Our calculators and any value estimates are informational only. They are not an appraisal, a comparative market analysis, or an offer of credit. Actual rates, fees, and costs vary.

What You Are Looking For

Name areas, ZIP codes, or somewhere you need to be able to reach. For street-level facts and building-level numbers, our neighborhood guides use public records.

Required

A range is more useful to us than a ceiling. If you are buying a co-op, budget for the board's own requirements too.

Required

Tell us about the space you need and we'll verify it against the listing and the managing agent. Reasonable accommodation requests are handled separately and are never scored against an application.

A note on New York closings

New York is unusual in requiring a buyer's attorney. Your attorney reviews the contract and certifies the closing figures; the buyer's attorney fee is separate from and additional to any agent compensation.

What Matters Most

Everything in this section is optional and none of it holds up your search — answer whatever is useful. If you would rather talk it through, say so at the bottom and we will pick up where it helps.

Equal Housing Opportunity. The Finelli Team is pledged to the letter and spirit of U.S. policy for the achievement of equal housing opportunity throughout the nation. Federal, New York State, and New York City law prohibit discrimination in the sale, rental, or leasing of housing. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, creed, color, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, military status, sex, age, disability, marital status, familial status, lawful source of income, or any other protected class. Read our Fair Housing notice.

Please don't include a Social Security number, bank or card details, or information about your citizenship, immigration status, religion, health, or family status. We don't need it, we can't use it, and leaving it out keeps your file safer. If any part of your financing requires such documentation, we will collect it directly through your lender or attorney.

New York Agency Disclosure. New York law requires us to give you a written Agency Disclosure describing the type of representation we can provide. You will receive it separately, and it must be signed before we can act as your agent. You can read it now.

Language access. New York law requires disclosures in your preferred language.

Submitting this form is for general information only. It is not an offer, a bid, a contract, or a commitment to buy or sell any property, and it does not create an agency relationship between you and The Finelli Team. We are not required to act on your behalf until a written agreement is signed. Nothing here is an appraisal, a valuation, a guarantee of price or terms, or legal, tax, or financial advice. Square footage, taxes, fees, and building rules are approximate and must be verified with the seller, the managing agent, and public records before you rely on them. Submitting this form does not obligate you to engage our services, and it does not guarantee that we can contact you or that any particular property will become available.

Please do not ask us to decline or restrict buyers or tenants. We cannot act on a request to turn away a prospective buyer or tenant on the basis of race, color, religion, creed, national origin, citizenship or immigration status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, marital status, familial status, disability, age, military status, or lawful source of income — including lawful housing vouchers and subsidies. If you have a concern about a buyer's ability to perform, tell us about their ability to meet the financial and closing conditions of a contract, and we will handle it that way.

Please don't include a Social Security number, bank or card details, or information about your citizenship, immigration status, religion, health, or family status. We don't need it, we can't use it, and leaving it out keeps your file safer. Tax and title documents are collected later, through your attorney or title company, not here.

Submitting this form is for general information only. It is not an offer, a contract, or a commitment to list your property, and it does not create an agency relationship between you and The Finelli Team. It does not obligate you to list with us, or to list exclusively with us, and it does not reserve your property from other brokers. We are not required to act on your behalf, or to contact you at all, until a written agreement is signed. Nothing here is an appraisal, a valuation, a guarantee of price or terms, or legal, tax, or financial advice. Square footage, taxes, fees, and building rules are approximate and must be verified with public records and the managing agent before you rely on them. Market conditions change, and submitting this form does not commit us to any future marketing, pricing strategy, or result.

About the comparative market analysis. A comparative market analysis is an estimate, built from comparable sales, current list prices, and public records, to help you think about a pricing strategy. It is not an appraisal, it is not a guarantee of price or value, and it does not predict what your home will sell for. A home marketed or appraised at one price may sell for more or less.
