How to report copyright infringement on this site, and how we handle it.

Reporting infringement

If you believe content on this site infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent that includes all of the following:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act for them.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work you say has been infringed.
  • Identification of the material you say is infringing — the URL, or enough detail for us to find it.
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for them.

Counter-notification

If material you posted was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification with the same level of detail. We follow the process in 17 U.S.C. § 512(g).

Repeat infringers

We remove infringing material and will block users who repeatedly infringe.

No waiver

Nothing on this page waives any protection available under the DMCA or any other law.
