Our commitment

The Finelli Team is committed to making this website usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA.

What we do

• Semantic HTML with landmarks and one primary heading per page.
• Every control reachable and operable by keyboard, with a visible focus ring.
• Text alternatives for meaningful images; decorative images hidden from screen readers.
• Color contrast checked against WCAG AA.
• Motion respects the operating system’s reduced-motion preference.
• Forms with programmatically associated labels, announced errors, and jump links to unanswered questions.

Known limitations

Some content we link to is published by other organizations — government notices and PDFs, MLS data, and Compass systems — and may not meet the same standard. We are glad to help you get any information you need from those documents in another format.
